Jordan Trbuhovic

I’m a Software Engineer with a background in people leadership and operations, based in Dunedin, New Zealand. I work across software, systems, project delivery, and process improvement, bringing together delivery, team coordination, and clearer ways of working.

I’ve worked with global clients including Netflix, Twitch, Amazon, and PaperCut, helping deliver websites, tools, workflows, and digital products across a range of needs.

Before moving into the tech industry, I worked in community-based organisations across Dunedin. My work included managing large teams, supporting service delivery, and improving internal systems and processes. I also spent several years working alongside individuals with intellectual disabilities, supporting them to access the community, find employment, and build more independence in their lives.

Outside of work I like to keep busy with beekeeping, music, and personal projects.
